چکیده
Purpose This study aims to investigate the feasibility of employing a multi-objectives integer-programming model for effective allocation resources cyberfraud mitigation. The formulated objectives are minimisation total cost anti-fraud capacities and maximisation forensic accounting in all incident prone spots. Design/methodology/approach From literature survey conducted primary qualitative data gathered from 17 licenced banks South Africa on fraud investigators, suggested investigators organisation’s finance department, internal audit committee, external risk manager, accountants accountants. These five human resource were considered formulation integer programming (MOIP) model. MOIP is employed optimisation mitigation ensure utilisation resources. Thus, validated by genetic algorithm (GA) solver obtain Pareto-optimum solution without violation identified constraints. Findings objective functions optimised simultaneously. Pareto front two comprises set optimal solutions, which not dominated any other feasible solution. choices, indicate suitability achieve objectives. Practical implications results obtained simultaneously achieving capacities, or spots – trade-off between them, if they cannot be reached recommends use an iterative framework decision-makers may aid decision-making with respect Originality/value originality this work lies development

A multi objective mixed integer programming model for design of a sustainable meat supply chain network
In the recent decades, rapid population growth has led to the significant increase in food demand. Food supply chain has always been one of the most important and challenging management issues. Product with short age, especially foodstuffs, is the most problematic challenges for supply chain management. These challenges are mainly due to the diversity in the number of these goods, the special n...
متن کاملinvestigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
Development of a goal programming model for optimization of truck allocation in open pit mines
Truck and shovel operations comprise approximately 60% of the total operating costs in open pit mines. In order to increase productivity and reduce the cost of mining operations, it is essential to manage the equipment used with high efficiency. In this work, the chance-constrained goal programing (CCGP) model presented by Michalakopoulos and Panagiotou is developed to determine an optimal truc...
متن کاملA nonlinear multi objective model for the product portfolio optimization: An integer programming
Optimization of the product portfolio has been recognized as a critical problem in industry, management, economy and so on. It aims at the selection of an optimal mix of the products to offer in the target market. As a probability function, reliability is an essential objective of the problem which linear models often fail to evaluate it. Here, we develop a multiobjective integer nonlinear cons...
متن کاملA Non-linear Integer Bi-level Programming Model for Competitive Facility Location of Distribution Centers
The facility location problem is a strategic decision-making for a supply chain, which determines the profitability and sustainability of its components. This paper deals with a scenario where two supply chains, consisting of a producer, a number of distribution centers and several retailers provided with similar products, compete to maintain their market shares by opening new distribution cent...
